[cze][eng] Při provádění kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče u klientů na oddělení urgentního příjmu musí mít sestra dostatek odborných vědomostí a zkušeností. Na oddělení urgentního příjmu se sestry setkávají s klienty, u kterých se náhle změnil zdravotní stav. U těchto klientů se zdravotní stav vyvíjí někdy i velmi dramaticky a záleží nejen na odborných znalostech a dovednostech, ale také na komunikačních a organizačních schopnostech sester. Komunikace v ošetřovatelském procesu je vnímána nejen jako prostředek k vytváření mezilidských vztahů, ale je i významným prvkem ke zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče. Právě proto je potřeba přizpůsobit jednání s klientem a jeho blízkými tak, aby bylo dosaženo efektivní a účinné spolupráce. Při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u těchto klientů jsou na sestru kladeny vysoké psychické a fyzické nároky, které mohou vést až k syndromu vyhoření. Cílem této práce bylo zpracovat problematiku a specifika práce sester pracujících na oddělení urgentního příjmu. Před zahájením výzkumu jsme si stanovili výzkumnou otázku: ,,Jaká specifika má práce všeobecných sester na oddělení urgentního příjmu?`` Tato otázka byla zodpovězena ve výzkumné části bakalářské práce. pomocí kvalitativní formy výzkumného šetření, metodou polostandartizovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor obsahuje 31 otázek. Rozhovory byly anonymní a byly prováděny na oddělení urgentního příjmu ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol a Plzeň s osmi sestrami, které zde pracují. Na základě získaných dat byly zpracovány kazuistiky, ze kterých byly následně vytvořeny kategorizační tabulky s nejdůležitějšími údaji získanými výzkumem. Naším výzkumným šetřením a splněním cíle našeho výzkumu jsme potvrdili, že je práce sester na oddělení urgentního příjmu vysoce náročná jak po odborné stránce, tak po stránce psychické. Na oddělení UP je od sestry vyžadováno, aby rychle posoudila a zhodnotila stav klienta a během zlomku času na něj adekvátně reagovala. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že sestry pracující na oddělení urgentního příjmu vnímají jako negativní aspekty ovlivňující jejich práci hlavně překonávání komunikačních bariér v komunikaci s klientem a jeho blízkými a snížení prestiže povolání sestry. Mezi základní specifika práce sester na oddělení UP patří rychlé rozhodování, náročnost urgentních situací, psychická a fyzická zátěž a komunikace s klientem a jeho blízkými. At performing high-quality nursing care for clients in the urgent reception ward, the nurse must have sufficient expert knowledge and experience. Nurses of the urgent reception ward meet clients whose health condition has abruptly changed. The health condition of such clients develops sometimes very dramatically and not only the nurses{\crq} expert knowledge and skills but also the communication and organizational capabilities matter. Communication in nursing process is perceived not only as a means to create interpersonal relations but it constitutes also an important element improving the quality of nursing care. That is why the treatment of the client and the client{\crq}s family members must be adapted so that efficient and effective cooperation is achieved. When providing nursing care to such clients, high psychical and physical demands are put on the nurse and they can even lead to the burnout syndrome. The goal of this Thesis was to process the issue and particularities of work of the nurses working in the urgent reception ward. Before starting the study, we set the following research question: ``What particularities does the work of general nurses in urgent reception wards have?{\crqq} The question was answered in the research part of the Bachelor Thesis, with the help of qualitative form of research investigation by the method of semi-standardized interview. The interview consists of 31 questions. The interviews were anonymous and they were conducted in the urgent reception ward in the Teaching Hospitals of Motol and Plzeň with eight nurses who work there. Case studies were processed on the base of the collected data and subsequently, categorization charts with the most important data obtained by the research were created on the base of the case studies. We confirmed, by our research investigation and by meeting the goal of our research, that the work of nurses in the urgent reception ward is highly demanding both professionally and psychically. The nurse of the urgent reception ward is required to assess and evaluate quickly the client{\crq}s condition and to respond to it adequately within a very short time. It was found out by the research that the nurses working in the urgent reception ward perceive particularly the overcoming of communication barriers in communication with the client and with the client's family and the reduced prestige of nursing profession as negative aspects with impact on their work. The basic particularities of the work of nurses in the urgent reception ward include quick decision-making, demanding character of urgent situations, psychical and physical burden and communication with the client and the client{\crq}s family.
