Základním cílem bakalářské práce Vinařské oblasti německy mluvících zemí Evropy je poskytnutí pohledu na historický vývoj a současnost ve vinařských regionech a oblastech německy mluvících zemí Evropy a vydefinování znaků, historických milníků, vývojových aspektů a trendů, současných přístupů a systémů, které mají německy mluvící vinařské země společné. V úvodu práce je provedena analýza historického vývoje vinohradnictví a vinařství v každé zemi a jsou definovány milníky, které měly pro vývoj zásadní charakter. Následně je provedena analýza současného stavu vinařství v každé zemi a jsou určeny hlavní charakteristiky zahrnující rozdělení dané země na vinařské oblasti, pěstované odrůdy révy vinné, produkovaná vína a zavedené systémy klasifikace a kategorizace vín. V závěru jsou definovány společné historické a současné rysy a znaky vinařství v německy mluvících zemích Evropy a naznačeny předpoklady dalšího možného vývoje. The main goal of the bachelor thesis The wine regions of the German speaking countries of Europe is to present the historical development and current situation in wine regions of German speaking countries of Europe and determination od features, historical milestones, development aspects and trends, current approaches and systems, which German speaking countries have in common. In the introduction to the thesis there is an analysis of the historical development of winemaking in each country and milestones which were of great importance for its development are determined. Consequently, the analysis of current state of winemaking in each country is conducted and main characteristics are determined including division of each given country into wine regions, grown varieties of grapevine, produced wines and common systems of clasification an categorization of wines. The conclusion presents historical and current features and characteristics of winemaking shared by German speaking countries and outlines the possibilities of the future development.
