Tato práce představuje komentovanou edici textu O spuosobu přistrojení kamene filozofského Bavora Rodovského z Hustířan, který je součástí kompendia alchymických textů s názvem O dokonalé umění chymickém a který je uložen v univerzitní knihovně v Leidenu pod signaturou VCF 3. Jedná se o překlad původního latinského textu Laurentia Ventury, který vyšel tiskem v Basileji roku 1571 pod názvem De ratione conficiendi lapidis philosophici. Text edice je doprovozen ediční poznámkou, doprovodnou studií, která zasazuje Rodovského překladatelské dílo do kontextu českého alchymického písemnictví raného novověku, a soupisem emendovaných výrazů. Klíčová slova: čeština střední doby, Bavor Rodovský z Hustířan, Laurentius Ventura, edice, humanismus, alchymie, transkripce This master thesis proposes a commented edition of the text De ratione conficiendi lapidis philosophici by Laurentius Ventura translanted to the Czech language by Bavor Rodovský from Hustířany. The latin text was originaly printed in Basel in 1571 and the Czech translantion of this text can be found in a manuscript named O dokonalé umění chymickém (Of Perfect Art in Alchemy), which is placed in Leiden University Library (VCF 3). This work contains also the summary of editing principles, basic information about the history of the old Czech alchemy literatura with focus on Bavor Rodovský from Hustířany's work, and also the list of emendations.
