Tato diplomová práce zabývající se problematikou sociálního zabezpečení v České republice se zaměřením na systém státní sociální podpory má za cíl analyzovat jednotlivé pilíře sociálního zabezpečení a dále jednotlivé dávky (rodičovský příspěvek, přídavek na dítě, porodné, příspěvek na bydlení, pohřebné a náhradní výživné) vyplácené prostřednictvím státní sociální podpory, kterými stát podporuje rodiny s dětmi a další občany, jejichž příjmy nedostačují k zaplacení veškerých životních nákladů. Jelikož jsou prostřednictvím státní sociální podpory vypláceny také dávky pěstounské péče, pro ucelenost tohoto systému zde také mají své místo. Sociální správa je velice dynamická oblast, která bezprostředně reaguje na sociální problematiku ve společnosti, proto jsou v práci porovnány legislativní změny, které proběhly v minulých letech a které významným způsobem ovlivnily výplatu dávek státní sociální podpory a pěstounské péče. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je podat ucelený pohled na sociální zabezpečení v České republice s bližším zaměřením na státní sociální podporu jako jeden z pilířů systému sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of social security in the Czech Republic with a focus on the system of state social support with the goal of analysing individual pillars of social security and further individual benefits (parental allowance, child allowance, maternity allowance, housing allowance, funeral allowance and substitute maintenance) paid through state social support, with which the state supports families with children and other citizens whose incomes are insufficient to pay all living expenses. As foster care benefits are also paid out through state social support, they also have their place here for the integrity of this system. Social administration is an exceptionally dynamic area that directly responds to social issues in society, thus this work compares the legislative changes that took place in the past years and that substantially affected the payment of state social support benefits and foster care. The key objective of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of social security in the Czech Republic with a closer focus on state social support as one of the pillars of the social security system in the Czech Republic.
