Publikace se zaměřuje na problematiku sběru dat umožňujících analýzu genderových rozdílů ve mzdách podle rodičovství. Ve své první části přináší přehledové informace o zemích, které je možné označit za země s dobrou praxí v oblasti sledování údajů o rodičovství v kontextu tzv. linked employer-employee dat. Druhá část publikace je věnována právní analýze současných podmínek sběru mzdových a platových statistik v ČR. Soustřeďuje se především na právní aspekty, které jsou spojené se sběrem dat ISPV a jejich případným rozšířením o údaje týkající se rodičovství v kontextu české legislativy. The publication focuses on the collection of data for the analysis of the influence of parenthood on the gender pay gap. The first part provides an overview of countries with good practice in the field of collecting linked employer-employee (LEE) indicating the parenthood status of individuals. The second part provides an analysis of the current legal conditions for the collection of LEE data on wages in the Czech Republic. It investigates the ways in which the LEE data could be enriched by the data indicating the parenthood status of individuals in the context of Czech legislation.\n
