Diplomová práce se zabývá péčí o duševní zdraví sester pracujících na anesteziologicko - resuscitačním oddělení. Byly stanovené dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké prostředky využívají sestry pracující na anesteziologicko - resuscitačním oddělení v péči o své duševní zdraví. Druhým cílem bylo zmapovat, jaké prvky způsobují sestrám na anesteziologicko - resuscitačním oddělení největší psychickou zátěž. Pro dosažení cílů bylo stanoveno 5 výzkumných otázek. Empirická část práce byla provedena formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření s využitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který se skládal z 12 otázek. Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen 10 sestrami pracujících na lůžkové části anesteziologicko - resuscitačního oddělení. Získané informace byly následně analyzovány a kategorizovány. Sestry preventivně předchází každodenní zátěži tím, že pečují o své duševní zdraví a tráví svůj volný čas se svou rodinou a blízkými přáteli. Aktivní odpočinek pro sestry představují výlety, procházky, nebo sport. Pasivní odpočinek zahrnuje čtení, sledování filmů, hraní her, nakupování, sauna, dobré jídlo, péče o sebe sama, nebo vycestování do zahraničí. Některé sestry se snaží dbát na zdravý životní styl a přikládají mu důležitost. Psychickou pracovní zátěž pociťují nejčastěji při příjmu pacienta v souvislosti s vysokou zodpovědností, časovým tlakem a pracovním přetížením. Náročnost přisuzují také neustálému udržování pozornosti, nutnosti rychlého reagování, rozhodování, improvizování a při péči o neklidné pacienty. Emočně náročná je pro sestry především komunikace s rodinami pacientů a péče o dětské pacienty. Pracovní zátěži předcházejí dále tím, že využívají týmovou spolupráci, pozitivní naladění a humor na pracovišti. Sestry v našem výzkumném šetření vyjádřily celkovou spokojenost se svou prací, ale současně zmínily potřebu dalšího personálu do směn či finanční příspěvky na sportovní aktivity. The thesis focuses on mental health care among the Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation department nurses. Two goals were set. The first goal was to find out what means the nurses use to take care of their own mental health. The other goal was to map what elements the nurses find the most stressful. Five research questions were defined in order to accomplish these goals. The empirical part is in the form of a qualitative research survey using a semi-structured interview, which consisted of 12 questions. The focus group consisted of 10 nurses working at the inpatient section of the department of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation. Acquired information was subsequently analysed and categorized. The nurses prevent the everyday stress by looking after their mental health and spending time with their family and close friends. The nurses' active relaxation consists of going for walks, trips or sport. Passive relaxation includes reading, watching movies, playing games, going shopping, sauna, good food, looking after themselves or going abroad. Some nurses are trying to pay attention to healthy lifestyle as they find it important. They most often experience mental workload when admitting a patient because of the burden of responsibility, time pressure and work overload. They also attribute the strenuousness of their occupation to them being constantly vigilant, ready to react quickly, decision making, improvisation and taking care of restless patients.What the nurses find particularly emotinally demanding is communication with the families of their patients and looking after young patients. They further prevent workload by using teamwork, being in a good mood and joking in the workplace. The interviewed nurses expressed their overall satisfaction with their work but at the same time they mentioned the need of hiring more staff and financial contribution for sports activities.
