[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem automobilového trhu v Jihočeském regionu. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit analýzu trhu zaměřenou na stranu nabídky prodeje automobilů a identifikovat důležité faktory, jimiž je tato nabídka ovlivňována. Nejprve bylo nutné prostudovat odbornou literaturu o automobilovém trhu a vybrat subjekty a faktory pro sestavení analýzy trhu. Druhým krokem byla analýza vybraného regionu a subjektů působících na trhu dle předem specifikovaných faktorů. Na závěr bylo zpracováno vyhodnocení analýzy a stanovení faktorů, které mají z hlediska nabídky největší vliv na objem prodeje autorizovaných prodejců automobilových značek a modelů střední třídy v Jihočeském kraji. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku základních pojmů dopravy a automobilového trhu. Pro lepší orientaci jsou taktéž definována rozdělení automobilových segmentů z hlediska evropského a českého trhu. Nedílnou součástí je také představení významných organizací působících na trhu s automobily. Teoretickou část doplňují základní znalosti z oblasti mikroekonomie zaměřující se na téma nabídky. Praktická část je zaměřena nejen na vytvoření vhodné analýzy trhu automobilů ale také na následnou identifikaci faktorů, které nabídku osobních automobilů v Jihočeském kraji formují. Pro tento účel byl vybrán automobilový segment D - osobní automobily střední třídy. Subjekty analýzy jsou soukromí provozovatelé nabízející prodej nových osobních vozidel již ve zmíněném segmentu. Ze získaných dat je stanoveno hodnocení značek dle modelů střední třídy a stanoveny klíčové faktory, které mají z hlediska nabídky největší vliv na úspěšnost prodeje jihočeských autorizovaných autosalonů. Výsledky definované v této práci mohou být použity zejména ke zlepšení konkurenční pozice jednotlivých automobilových značek v rámci sítě autorizovaných prodejců v Jihočeském kraji. Tato doporučení mohou také výrazně pomoci novým autorizovaným prodejcům automobilů usnadnit vstup na trh osobních automobilů střední třídy.This bachelor thesis deals with the research of the car market in the South Bohemian region. The main goal of this work is to create a strategic market focused on the supply side of car sales and to identify important factors by which this supply is affected. At first, it was necessary to study the literature on the automotive market and select the entity and factors for compiling a market analysis. The second step was the analysis of the selected region and entities operating in the market according to pre-specified factors. Finally, an evaluation of analyzes and determination of factors that have the greatest impact on the offer on authorized car showrooms in the South Bohemian Region was prepared. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the basic concepts of transport and the automotive market. For better orientation, the division of automotive segments from the point of view of the European and Czech market is tactically defined. An integral part is the introduction of major organizations operating in the car market. The practical part is focused not only on the creation of a suitable analysis of the car market, but also on the subsequent identification of the factors that offer passenger cars in the South Bohemian region. For this purpose, the automotive segment D - middle-class passenger cars was selected. The subjects of the analysis are private operators offering the sale of new passenger cars in the mentioned segment. From the obtained data, conclusions are drawn and key factors that have the greatest influence on South Bohemian authorized car showrooms in terms of supply are determined. The results determining the work can be used mainly to improve the competitive position of individual authorized car dealers in the South Bohemian region. These recommendations can also help new authorized car dealers enter the mid-size passenger car market.
