Bakalářská práce analyzuje dopady na podniky a jejich zaměstnance v důsledku zavádění prvků čtvrté průmyslové revoluce. Práce vychází ze studia a komparace odborné české a zahraniční literatury vztahující se k Průmyslu 4.0. Dotýká se historických souvislostí, požadavků na zaměstnance, technologií a vzdělávání. Výzkum probíhá pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi podniky různé velikosti z několika odvětví. Na základě statistického vyhodnocení výzkumu je popsán vztah těchto firem a jejich zaměstnanců k Průmyslu 4.0 a současnému technologickému pokroku. Dále je definována úroveň připravenosti na zavádění digitalizace a automatizace výroby a potřeba rozvoje kompetencí zaměstnanců. Z výzkumu vyplývá potřebná změna postoje k celoživotnímu vzdělávání v důsledku rychlého nejen technologického pokroku. Dalším výsledkem šetření je zjištění měnících se požadavků na trhu práce a výrobních faktorů. Na základě porovnání zjištěného současného stavu a informací z praxe s teoreticky nabytými vědomostmi jsou navržena alternativní řešení. The bachelor thesis analyses the impacts of the introduction of elements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on companies and their employees. The thesis is based on the study and comparison of professional Czech and foreign literature related to Industry 4.0. It touches the historical context, staff requirements, technology and education. The research is carried out using a questionnaire survey among companies of different sizes from several sectors. Based on the statistical evaluation of the research, the relationship of these companies and their employees to Industry 4.0 and current technological progress is described. Furthermore, the level of preparedness for the introduction of digitization and automatization of production and the need to develop employee competencies are defined. The research shows the necessary change in attitude towards lifelong learning as a result of rapid and not only technological progress. Another result of the survey is the identification of changing requirements in the labour market and production factors. Based on the comparison of the identified current state and information from practice with theoretically acquired knowledge, alternative solutions are proposed.
