Diplomova prace se zabyva spolecenskou odpovědností, analýze jejich aktivit, vlivu a zhodnocení ve vybrane spolecnosti. V první části této práce jsou shrnuty teoreticka vychodiska, důležité pojmy a metodiky. Následující casti obsahuji provedený výzkum a zhodnocení nynější situace. Doporučující část se věnuje návrhu na možné zlepšení společenské odpovědnosti a návrhu, jak ke společenské odpovědnosti nadále přistupovat spolu se zaměstnanci a případně dalšími zainteresovanými skupinami. The diploma thesis deals with social responsibility and analysis of social responsibility activities, its influence and evaluation in a selected company. The first part of this thesis summarizes the theoretical background, important concepts and methodologies. The following sections contain the research and evaluation of the current situation. The part with recommendations deals with possible improvement of social responsibility and proposal of how to continue with approaching to social responsibility involving also employees and stakeholders.
