Historická analýza dat patří mezi nejzákladnější metody zkoumání minulosti v návaznosti na dnešní dobu a porovnávání jednotlivých výsledků a plánování budoucnosti. Způsoby hospodaření a složení plodinové struktury se vyvíjejí v závislosti na vývoji daného státu nebo země. Díky těmto poznatkům můžeme posuzovat, jestli měly změny ve způsobu obhospodařování vliv negativní nebo pozitivní a dle toho plánovat strategie pro další způsoby hospodaření. Tato práce byla zaměřena na studium změn týkajících se způsobu hospodaření v historických souvislostech (od 19. století po současnost) a změnách plodinové struktury. Velikost jednotlivých obhospodařovaných ploch se měnila v závislosti na změnách ve způsobu obhospodařování a na celkových výnosech. Během světových válek a po nich byl zaznamenán všeobecný pokles pěstování plodin. Během intenzifikace zemědělství a nástupu nových technologií se naopak zvýšil. Po kolektivizaci nastává pokles a v dnešní době výnosy opět stoupají. Zvyšování výnosů travních ploch a pastvin za několik posledních let tento výzkum neprokázal, naopak je patrný jejich pokles a nárůst ostatních plodin jako jsou například pšenice, kukuřice nebo brambory. Historical data analysis are among the most fundamental methods of investigating the past in response to today, and comparing the results and planning for the future. Farming methods and crop composition structures are evolving according to the evolution of the state or country. Thanks to these findings, we can assess whether changes in how they influence management of negative or positive, and according to plan strategy for the next farming. This work was aimed at studying changes in the way of management in a historical context (since the 19th century to the present), and changes in crop structure. Size of area farmed varied depending on changes in the way management and the total revenues. During the world wars and after a general decline of crops. During collectivization and the emergence of new technologies has increased. After collectivization occurs decline and today yields are rising again. Increasing yields of grass land and pasture for the past few years, this research did not prove the contrary, it is apparent their decline and increase in other crops such as wheat, corn or potatoes.
