Bakalářská práce se věnuje sebereflexi a jejímu využití při zpětnovazebním rozhovoru. Zkoumaným zpětnovazebním rozhovorem je pohospitační rozhovor, probíhající ve školách mezi učitelem a vedoucím pracovníkem nebo dalším učitelem. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza zpětnovazebního procesu a v něm využívaného prvku sebereflexe. Nejprve se práce zabývá pedagogickou činností, zpětnovazebním procesem a jeho užitím v oblasti práce. Pozornost je zaměřena na přínos zpětných vazeb pro zaměstnance a užití prvků sebereflexe ve zpětnovazebném rozhovoru. Práce se zabývá hospitačním procesem, jeho využitím a zda skrze něj lze zaměstnance motivovat. Následně se práce věnuje tématu sebereflexe, jejímu využití v pedagogické praxi a v pohospitačním rozhovoru. Pozornost je rovněž směřována k sebereflexi jako prostředku osobního a profesního rozvoje učitelů. Cílem empirického šetření je zjistit, zda učitelé 2. stupně základních škol ve Šluknovském výběžku, využívají prvků sebereflexe při zpětnovazebném pohospitačním rozhovoru. Empirické šetření bylo realizováno dotazníkovou metodou. Škol, které byly zahrnuty do empirického šetření, je ve Šluknovském výběžku 12, očekávaný počet respondentů byl cca 40. Ve vyhodnocení dotazníků je práce zaměřena na přístup respondentů k hospitaci a k následnému pohospitačnímu rozhovoru, na podobu... This bachelor's thesis explores self-reflection and its use during feedback interviews. The researcher feedback interview is feedback after sitting in on classes between teacher and supervisor or another worker at school. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the feedback process and the element of self-reflection used in it. Attention is firstly focused on the benefits of feedback for employees and the use of elements of self-reflection in a feedback interview. The bachelor's* thesis exploresthe observation process, its usage possibilities, and whether isit possible to motivate employees through it. One of the biggest topics is self-reflection, its use in pedagogical practice, and then after sitting in on classes interview. Attention is also focused on self-reflection as a means of the personal and professional development of teachers.The empirical research aims to find out if the teachers of the secondary stage of elementary schools in the Šluknovský výběžek are using elements of self-reflection in an after sitting in on classes interview.
