Richterová Na otázku, co je vlastně školní řád, nehledá mnoho z nás dlouho odpověď. Každý jsme se s ním při různých příležitostech setkali, a tak ho považujeme za věc známou, samozřejmou. Definovat jeho podobu už pro mnohé tak snadné není. Ani v pedagogické teorii nenajdeme dostačující oporu. Pohledem historie je považován za nedílnou a nezbytnou potřebu, o čemž vypovídá část práce, která je historii věnována a která nám v mnohém osvětlí, či naznačí, jak nahlížet na jeho podobu současnou, ale také proč sílí tlak na vytvoření jisté centrální předlohy školního řádu. Můžeme k němu přistupovat jako ke celospolečenské normě požadavků na chod a provoz školy. V minulosti především jako k pravidlům chování žáků, ale také učitelů, rodičů. Dnes jako k široké normě vyjadřující se k mnohým oblastem, systému školy, vnitřního provozu, systému hodnocení žáků, práv, povinností atd. Pokud na některých místech práce zdůrazňujeme funkci školního řádu jako jedné z prvních psaných norem, kterou by se dítě mělo řídit, nabízí se souvislosti pedagogicko-psychologické, jimž se v práci věnujeme v části popisující současnou podobu školních řádů na základních školách v České republice. Tato analýza vznikala během více jak čtyř let a byla použita kritéria, která autorka práce zvolila tak, aby bylo možné srovnání vyššího počtu... Richterová Many of us not look for a long answer when asking ourselves what exactly school rules and regulations are. We all have met it, so we consider it to be an already established and known term. To define it, however, is not as easy. Not even pedagogical theory offers us the support needed. Through the eyes of history i tis seen as an integral and necessary tool, as the historical part of this paper illustrates. It will also shed light upon why there is growing pressure concerning the creation of a central template of school rules and regulations. We can approach it as we would approach an all-encompassing social set of norms that guide the inner workings of schools, or through the perspective of history, where it was more of a set of rules for students, teachers, and parents. Presently, we can consider it a wide norm concerning many fields, schooling systems, inner functionality, grading, rights, responsibilities and so on. If we emphasize rules and regulations as one of the first written set of norms that a child should abide by, we are presented with a pedagogically psychological connection. This connection is focused on by this thesis in the description part of contemporary school rules and regulations in Czech elementary schools.
