Cílem práce je popsat terapeutický charakter sociálního zemědělství. Sociální zemědělství je relativně novou a dynamickou oblastí sociální ekonomiky a tato práce se zabývá terapeutickým charakterem sociálních farem z hlediska naplňování lidských potřeb. Jde o druh sociálního podnikání, jehož terapeutické aspekty jsou zkoumány na vybrané sociální farmě pomocí případové studie. Cílem práce je tedy popsat účinky, které má sociální zemědělství na své aktéry z terapeutického hlediska. Aktéry jsou zde chápány osoby se znevýhodněním, které jsou zaměstnány v sociálním podniku na sociální farmě. Teoretická část předkládá základ pro popis vztahu mezi člověkem a přírodou se zaměřením na zemědělskou oblast. Dále otevírá související koncepty jako je například Green care, animoterapie, zahradní terapie, multifunkční zemědělství a další. Empirická část pak zkoumá život na konkrétní farmě v České republice s důrazem na samotné aktéry a vliv činností prováděných v daném sociálním podniku. Social farming is a relatively new and dynamic field of the social economy. The thesis examines the therapeutic nature of social farms in terms of meeting human needs. It is a type of social entrepreneurship, the therapeutic aspects of which will be explored in a selected social farm through a case study. The aim of the thesis is to describe the effects that social farming has on its clients from a therapeutic point of view. The theoretical part presents a basis for describing the relationship between human and nature, that has positive psychological effects on human mental health. It also opens up concepts such as Green care, animal-assisted therapy, horticultural therapy, multifunctional agriculture and other. The empirical part explores life on a specific farm in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the clients themselves who are employees of the social entrepreneurship through the lens of the therapeutic aspect of particular social farm.
