Dospívání je obdobím přechodu z dětství do dospělosti a je plné bouřlivých změn. Jedním z vývojových úkolů dospělosti je osamostatnit se a převzít odpovědnost za sebe, za svoje chování a rozhodování i ve vztahu právě k výživě. Výživa je jedním z významných determinant zdraví. Tato práce se zabývá výživou adolescentů a potřebností dostatečné nutriční gramotnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické, části rozebírám termíny zdravotní a nutriční gramotnost, charakteristiku období adolescence obecně, tak i ve vztahu k výživě. Zmiňuji také jaké faktory ovlivňují stravovací návyky adolescentů, podrobněji se zaměřuji na sociální média a sociální sítě. V praktické části bylo mým cílem zjistit jaké mají adolescenti znalosti o výživě a zdravém stravování, jak tyto znalosti využívají pro jejich stravování, jak a kde adolescenti získávají informace v tématu výživy a jaký vliv na jejich stravování mají sociální sítě. K výzkumu bylo využito kvantitativní metody sběru dat, a to anonymního dotazníku v elektronické podobě. Získáno bylo 80 dotazníků od adolescentů ve věku 15-21 let. Šetřením bylo prokázáno, že adolescenti mají dostatečné znalosti v tématu výživy, ale nedostatečně je využívají ve svém vlastním stravovacím režimu. Jejich stravování zásady zdravé stravy již tolik... Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood and is full of tumultuous changes. One of the developmental tasks of adulthood is to become independent and take responsibility for oneself, for one's own behavior and decisions, even in relation to nutrition. Nutrition is one of the major determinants of health. This work deals with adolescent nutrition and the need for sufficient nutritional literacy. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical, part I discuss the terms health and nutritional literacy, the characteristics of adolescence, both in general and in relation to nutrition. I also mention what factors affect the eating habits of adolescents, I focus in more detail on social media and social networks. In the practical part, the aim was to find out what knowledge adolescents have about nutrition and healthy eating, how they use this knowledge for their diet, how and where adolescents obtain information on nutrition and what influence social networks have on their diet. Quantitative data collection methods were used for the research, namely an anonymous questionnaire in electronic form. 80 questionnaires were obtained from adolescents aged 15-21 years.
