(česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá postoji české společnosti vůči onemocnění deprese a praktikovaným způsobům psychohygieny. Cílem bylo ověřit proměnu postoje v čase a zjistit konkrétní prediktory, které se na této změně podílejí. Hlavní předpoklad vychází ze současné situace, kdy dochází k nárůstu počtu lidí s onemocněním deprese a těch, kteří užívají antidepresiva, proto lze očekávat méně stigmatizující postoj. Ověření předpokladů diplomové práce vycházelo z dotazníkového šetření na vzorku 1022 respondentů. Postoje byly analyzovány pomocí škály RIBS a vícenásobné regresní analýzy. Výsledky potvrdily vliv věku, zkušenosti se vzděláváním o duševním zdraví a užíváním antidepresiv na postoj. Další části analýzy se věnovaly fenoménům souvisejícím se stigmatem - mentální gramotnosti a životnímu stylu. Na základě dotazníkového šetření bylo možné zmapovat destigmatizaci společenského postoje a současné trendy v péči o duševní zdraví. V závěru se diplomová práce věnuje doporučením, která vychází z poznatků šetření a mohly by do budoucna destigmatizaci duševního onemocnění a deprese podpořit. (in English): The diploma thesis is focused on the attitude of Czech society towards depressive disorders and practiced ways of psychohygiene. The aim was to verify changes in attitude over time and to identify specific predictors that contribute to this change. The main hypothesis is based on the current situation where there is an increase in the number of people who have the disease and those who take antidepressants, so a less stigmatizing attitude can be expected. The verification of the hypothesis of the diploma thesis was based on a questionnaire survey of a sample of 1022 respondents. Attitudes were analyzed using the RIBS scale and multiple regression analysis. The results confirmed the influence of age, experience with mental health education and the use of antidepressants on attitude. Other parts of the analysis focused on phenomena related to stigma such as mental literacy and lifestyle. Based on the questionnaire survey, it was possible to map the destigmatization of social attitudes and current trends in mental health care. In conclusion, the thesis deals with recommendations that are based on the findings of the survey and could support the destigmatization of mental illness and depression in the future.
