Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů a představení metod a postupů projektového managementu. Obsahem práce je teoretická část, kde jsou pojmy, metody a postupy popsány. V druhé části je představena společnost CROSS SPEED, s.r.o. a je provedena analýza jejího současného stavu. Na základě této analýzy jsou metody a postupy následně aplikovány v části návrhu řešení na vybraný projekt ve společnosti. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on defining basic terms and introducing methods and procedures of project management. The content of the work is the theoretical part, where the concepts, methods and procedures are described. The second part introduces the company CROSS SPEED, s.r.o. and analyses its current state. Based on this analysis, the methods and procedures are then applied in the suggested solutions part on a selected project in the company.
