Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby autocentra VW group. Projekt vychází z ateliérové práce AG 033 zpracované v 2.ročníku. Pozemek se nachází v Mikulově při ulici Jiráskova. Jedná se o část Mikulova ležící v průmyslové zóně. Objekt je navržen vedle bývalého zemědělského střediska. Z jižní strany je pozemek obklopen polem. Jedná se o rovinatou parcelu. Celý objekt se skládá ze tří navzájem propojených staveb. Každá z nich má jinou funkci. Vstupní budova je showroom autosalonu, sloužící k prodeji aut koncernu VW, do kterého patří také značky Audi, Škoda a Seat. Jediná z těchto tří budov je dvoupodlažní, se šesti kancelářemi ve druhém patře. Na ni navazuje nižší budova sloužící jako sklady. Třetím objektem je servis. Nosnou konstrukci showroomu tvoří skelet. Sloupy jsou zhotoveny ze dvou profilů UPE 280, na ně je navařený příhradový vazník, vynášející konstrukci střechy. Druhým typem vodorovných nosných konstrukcí jsou železobetonové sloupy, vynášející podlahu 2. nadzemního podlaží, následně střechy. Budova skladu je řešená jako stěnový nosný systém. Objekt má industriální charakter, fasáda autocentra je řešená jako provětrávaná fasáda, pokryta kazetami DEKMETAL. Prosklení showroomu je pomocí fasádního systému Schüco. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of a new VW group car centre. The project is based on the studio work AG 033 carried out in the second year. The land is located in Mikulov at Jiráskova Street. This is a part of Mikulov located in the industrial zone. The building is designed next to a former agricultural centre. On the south side, the land is surrounded by a field. It is a flat plot. The whole building consists of three interconnected buildings. Each of them has a different function. The entrance building is a car showroom used for the sale of cars of the VW concern, which also includes the brands Audi, Škoda and Seat. This is the only one of the three buildings that has two storeys with six offices on the second floor. It is followed by a lower building serving as warehouses. The third property is a car repair shop. The supporting structure of the showroom is formed by a skeleton. The beams are made of two UPE 280 profiles, on which a lattice truss is welded, supporting the roof structure. The second type of horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete beams, supporting the second floor and then the roof. The warehouse building is designed as a wall supporting system. The building has an industrial character; the facade of the car centre is designed as a ventilated facade, covered with DEKMETAL cassettes. The Schüco facade system has been used for the showroom glazing.
