Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty společnosti ACO Industries, k. s. výnosovou metodou diskontovaného cash flow. Teoretická část popisuje základní postupy související s problematikou stanovení hodnoty podniku. Analytická část práce obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, na jejímž základě je vypracován finanční plán a navrhnut odhad hodnoty podniku. Master´s thesis is focused on the determination of the value of the company ACO Industries, k. s. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the procedures related to the issue of determining the value of the company. The analytical part of the thesis includes a strategic and financial analysis, on the basis of which a financial plan is developed and an estimate of the company´s value is proposed.
