Název: Specifické změny na nohách moderních gymnastek a možnosti jejich fyzioterapeutického ovlivnění pomocí pohybového programu Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je zhodnotit funkci a specifické změny na nohách moderních gymnastek a prokázat pozitivní vliv pohybového programu na tyto změny a zhoršenou funkci nohy. Shrnout výsledky dosavadních studií zaměřených na ovlivnění správné funkce nohy a získat užitečné informace z tohoto experimentu a to nejen pro fyzioterapeuty, trenéry a moderní gymnastky, ale i pro laickou, sportovní aktivní veřejnost, u níž se objevují stejné zdravotní problémy v oblasti nohy. Metodika práce: Hlavní podstatou této vědecko - výzkumné kvantitativní studie je ovlivnění zhoršené funkce a specifických změn na nohách moderních gymnastek pomocí pohybového programu. Ten byl prováděn po každém tréninku (tj. 4x týdně) v průběhu 3 měsíců. Zúčastnilo se ho 10 probandek ve věku 14 - 17 let. Experiment byl postaven na metodě srovnání dvou dotazníků a vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, jehož součástí byl také test dle Véleho (se zachováním zrakové kontroly/bez zrakové kontroly) a plantogram, k jejichž hodnocení byl využit Wilcoxův test, který porovnává dvě měření a slouží ke stanovení statisticky významného či nevýznamného rozdílu. To summarize the results of existing studies focused on influencing of proper function of the foot and to gain useful information from this experiment not only for physiotherapists, trainers and modern gymnasts but also for laical, actively sporting public which exhibit the same issues with the foot area Methods: The main essence of this scientific-research quantitative study is an influencing of deteriorated function and specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts with the help of a movement program.
