Diplomová práce "Povědomí klientů Eset-Help a Bona o možnostech využívání pracovišť psychosociální sítě" se zaměřuje na zmapování potřeb klientů organizací Eset-Help a Bona v oblasti využívání pracovišť psychosociální sítě z pohledu klientů a také sociálních pracovníků obou organizací. Teoretická část práce popisuje vývoj postojů k duševnímu onemocnění a jeho léčbě z historického hlediska, definuje pojmy z oblasti duševních onemocnění podle Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí - 10. revize. Vymezuje strukturu psychosociální sítě a podrobněji se zaměřuje na systém sociálních služeb. Uvádí přehled služeb určených pro duševně nemocné a ostatních služeb psychosociální sítě, rozdělených podle jednotlivých rezortů. Dále se zabývá problematikou informovanosti a bariér, které mohou omezovat klienty ve využívání pracovišť psychosociální sítě. Praktická část zjišťuje informovanost klientů, bariéry, které komplikují klientům přístup k pomoci a hodnotí, jak současná nabídka pracovišť psychosociální sítě uspokojuje potřeby klientů, v jakých oblastech vnímají dostatek podpory a naplnění svých potřeb a kde naopak pomoc postrádají. The dissertation "Awareness of Eset-Help and Bona clients of possibilities in using the psycho-social network workplaces" is focused on Eset-Help and Bona clients' needs charting as to making use of psycho-social network workplaces from the clients' and from both these organisations workers' point of view. Theoretical part of this dissertation describes development of attitudes towards mental diseases and its treatment from historical viewpoint and defines concepts from the field of mental diseases accordingly to the International classification of diseases - its 10th revision. It delimits structure of psycho-social network and is elaborately focused on social services system. It presents summary of services determined for mentally diseased persons and other services in psycho-social network, sorted accordingly to particular resorts. This work also deals with problematic of knowledgeableness and barriers clients could be limited with in making use of psycho-social network workplaces. Practical part looks into knowledgeableness of clients, barriers complicating the clients their reaching a help and evaluates, how the contemporary offer of psycho-social network workplaces meets the clients requirements, in which fields they can accept enough support and meeting their needs and where - other way...
