The theoretical part describes principles of quality, standardization and accreditation, and provides a description of the standards. The empirical section covers the knowledge and opinions of managers and nurses on their work according to the standards of nursing practice in two health care facilities, which take part in the continuous quality improvement program, one of which is an accredited facility. The work takes into account the human factor.
