Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na srovnání účinku rekombinantního a přírodního Bacillus thuringiensis Cry3Aa toxinu na vývoj necílového hmyzu Spodoptera littoralis (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae). Housenky Spodoptera littoralis byly chovány na umělé potravě Premix s přídavky toxinů o koncentraci 8 ppm. Byly zaznamenávány následující parametry: hmotnostní přírůstky larev, hmotnost kukel, délka 5. a 6. larválního instaru, délka stádia předkukly a kukly, počet nakladených vajíček a počet vylíhnutých larev. Ze získaných dat byla vypočtena využitelnost potravy (ECI) a sestaveny růstové křivky. Významný účinek žádného z toxinů nebyl prokázán. This bachelor thesis compares the effect of recombinant and natural Bacillus thuringiensis Cry3Aa toxin upon the development of non-target insect Spodoptera littoralis (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae). Caterpillars of Spodoptera littoralis were fed with Premix artificial diet containing both toxins in 8 ppm concentration. Following characteristics were monitored: weight of larval increments, pupal weight, duration of the 5th, the 6th, prepupal and pupal instar, number of laid eggs and number of hatched larvae. The efficiency of conversion of ingested food (ECI) was calculated and growth curves were constructed. No significant effect of both toxins was recorded.
