Diplomová práce byla zpracována na téma {\clqq}Analýza spokojenosti klientů se službami a produkty ČSOB a. s.``. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak jsou klienti ČSOB a. s. spokojeni s kvalitou produktů a služeb. Úkolem bylo zhodnotit prováděné dotazníkové šetření a poté navrhnout podněty, které by vedly ke zlepšení služeb ČSOB a. s. Dále jsem se zaměřila na nabízené portfolio produktů a služeb této banky pro retailové klienty a na porovnání třech, dle vyhodnocení dotazníku, nejvyužívanějších produktů s konkurenčními bankovními domy v ČR. Výsledkem práce je ucelený přehled o portfoliu produktů a služeb ČSOB a. s. pro retailové klienty a o spokojenosti s těmito produkty a službami. The thesis topic was ``Analysis of client satisfaction with ČSOB a. s. services and products``. The objective of the thesis was to survey satisfaction of ČSOB a. s. clients with the quality of its products and services. The purpose of the thesis was to evaluate the questionnaire survey and then to propose ideas for improvement of services provided by ČSOB a. s. Further, I have focused on the portfolio of products and services offered by the bank to retail clients and on comparison of three, based on the survey, most frequently used products with the competitor banks in the Czech Republic. The thesis provides an overview of the portfolio of products and services offered by ČSOB a. s. to retail clients and of the clients´ satisfaction with the products and services.
