Cílem práce bylo ověřit možnosti identifikace a případné selekce transformovaných pletiv a rostlin lnu na základě vyhodnocování fluorescence objektů jako projevu exprese genu pro zeleně fluoreskující protein (GFP)v in vitro kulturách pocházejících z transformačních experimentů. Byl sledován také vliv genotypu, typu explantátu a různých transformačních postupů na fluorescenci, jakož i možnost jejího využití pro selekci transgenních jedinců. An aim of the thesis was to verify possibilites of in vitro identification and selection of transformed flax tissues and plants based on the fluorescence assessment of objects transformed with a construct bearing the gfp gene coding for green fluorescent protein (GFP). Effect of plant genotype, explant type and modifications of the transformation protocol on fluorescence was evaluated too, as well as the possibility of use for selection of transgenic individuals.
