[cze][eng] Předmětem mé závěrečné bakalářské práce je popis komunikačních dovedností a jejich aplikace v mateřské škole. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem komunikace, jsou zde popsány komunikační kompetence ředitelek, zásady úspěšné komunikace, druhy komunikace, komunikační bariéry, manipulace v komunikaci a zpětná vazba, která je nedílnou součástí komunikace mezi ředitelkou a jejími podřízenými. Cílem práce je vytvořit přehled o tom jak probíhá komunikace ředitelek mateřských škol s pedagogickými pracovníky a nepedagogickými zaměstnanci. Neodmyslitelnou složkou je výzkum, který je její součástí, dotazníky a následné interview s náhodně vybranými řediteli mateřských škol, pro ucelení náhledu na tuto problematiku.The subject of my thesis is a description of the communication skills and their application in the kindergarten. The term of communication is defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. It describes the director's communication skills, the principles of successful communication, the kinds of communication, communication barriers, manipulation in communication and feedback which is an integral part of communication between the director and her subordinates. The aim of this thesis is to create an overview of the communication process of the directors of the kindergartens with both pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees. The essential parts are the research, the questionnaires and following interview with randomly selected kindergarten directors, for the completion of the view on this issue.
