Panbo-RPCH, jeden ze členů AKH/RPHC rodiny (Adipokinetic Hormone/Red Pigment Concentrating Hormone), byl izolován u Porcellio scaber (stínka obecná). Hormon byl charakterizován pomocí HPLC, ELISA a LC/MS analýzy. U ploštice Pyrrhocoris apterus způsobuje mobilizaci lipidů. Nejvyšší stimulační účinek hormonu byl prokázán u dávky 10 pmol. The Panbo-RPCH, one member of the AKH/RPCH (Adipokinetic Hormone/Red Pigment Concentrating Hormone) family, has been isolated from the rought woodlouse, Porcellio scaber CNS. The HPLC, ELISA and LC/MS analyses were used for characterization of the molecule. The peptide enhances lipid mobilization when injected into the red bug Pyrrhocoris apterus body with maximum response of 10 pmol.
