Zamerem prace je zjistit, jake postoje zaujimaji k manazerskYm kompetencim jednotlivi autori. Kompetence se uplatiiuji stale casteji pri rizeni lidi, a to v modelu flzeni podle kompetenci, 0 kterem zde take pojednavam, a zamyslim se nad tim, zda je pro praxi prinosem. Zmiiiuji se zde take 0 manazerske etice, 0 ktere si myslim, ze je jednou z dUlezitYch kompetenci manazera. Dalsi oblasti je kreativita a reseni problemu, kterymi by v dnesni dobe pIne zmen mel oply-vat snad kazdy manazer. Take se snazim upozomit na nutnost systematickeho pristupu ke vzdeIavani a rozvoji v organizacich.My dissertation addresses the need for education management, as well as the need for developing management competencies. The aim of this dissertation is to find out what attitudes individual authors have towards management competencies. These are being increasingly used in the field of human resource management, namely in the competency-based management. This competency model of HR is discussed here. At the same time, I consider whether it brings any contribution to work experience. I also mention the issue of ethics in management which I regard as one of the most important management competencies. Other areas are creativity and problem solving. Every manager is required to pay special attention to them, especially in these difficult times. Moreover, I try to draw attention to the necessity of systematic approach to in-company education and organization development.
