Název: Traumatické důsledky interakce chodec tramvaj a specifika v případě chodce - dítěte Cíle: Cílem práce je na základě dostupných literárních zrojů v souladu s výběrovými kritérii analyzovat ze zdravotního pohledu problematiku dopravních nehod chodec - tramvaj. Speciální pozornost je věnována problematice nehod dětí v dopravním provozu. Práce je součástí grantu ANALÝZA NEHODOVÝCH DĚJŮ CHODEC TRAMVAJ. Práce si klade za cíl vyhodnotit výskyt, typ a charakter zranění při střetu chodce s tramvají. Metody: Diplomová práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Vzhledem k šíři interdisciplinárnímu charakteru problematiky byly literární zdroje práce vyhledávané v databázích NCBI, Sciencedirect, Springerlink, Researchgate, PubMed. První část práce obsahuje teoretický úvod do problematiky tramvajové dopravy a vymezení základních pojmů, úrazy jednotlivých části pohybového systému a mechanismy úrazu z hlediska biomechaniky. Druhá část práce má deskriptivně - analytickou povahu a obsahuje analýzu jednotlivých studií, které se zabývají zdravotním hlediskem při nehodě chodce / dítěte v souvislosti s tramvají. Výsledky: Po ukončení rešerše vyhovovalo výběrovým kritériím 64 studií. Jako způsobilé pro zařazení do výzkumu bylo vybraných a podrobně rozebraných 6 studií, které analyzovaly charakter, výskyt,... Title: Traumatic consequences of pedestrian-tram interaction and specifics in the case of child-pedestrians Objectives: The aim of the paper is to analyze the issue of pedestrian-tram traffic accidents in respect of injury consequences, based on available literary sources in accordance with the selection criteria. Special attention is paid to where such accidents involve children. The work is part of the grant ANALYSIS OF ACCIDENT EVENTS CHODEC TRAMVAJ. It aims to evaluate the occurrence, type and nature of injuries where collisions have taken place between pedestrians and trams. Methods: The thesis is produced on the basis of literary research. Due to the breadth of the interdisciplinary nature of the issue, literary sources were searched in the NCBI, Sciencedirect, Springerlink, Researchgate, PubMed databases. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical introduction to the issue of tram transport and the definition of basic concepts, injuries of individual parts of the locomotor system and accident mechanisms in terms of biomechanics. The second part has a descriptive-analytical nature and contains an analysis of individual studies that deal with the health of a pedestrian/child accident, in relation to a tram.
