Psychologické aspekty spokojenosti s výkonem policejní práce Cílem této práce je analyzovat zdroje pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní nespokojenosti u příslušníků Policie České republiky. Téma pracovní spokojenosti představuje významnou oblast, které by se měla každá organizace dlouhodobě věnovat, aby nejen získala kvalitní zaměstnance, ale také, aby je udržela, uměla se o ně náležitým způsobem postarat a zamezila jejich odchodu. Výjimkou není ani Policie České republiky čítající ve svých řadách více než 40 tisíc příslušníků. Disertační práce se zaměřuje na psychologické aspekty spokojenosti s výkonem policejní práce. Vysvětluje širší rámec tématu pracovní spokojenosti v kontextu řízení lidských zdrojů s akcentem na stabilizaci v organizaci, specifika policejního prostředí a vybrané zdroje zátěže. Uvádí poznatky k danému tématu z předchozích výzkumů provedených v České republice i v zahraničí. Výsledky našeho výzkumu byly získány metodologickou triangulací dat z vlastního dotazníku, z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vedoucími policisty a z analýzy personální statistiky, pravidelně zpracovávané Odborem personálním Policejního prezidia. V empirické části je popsáno téma pracovní spokojenosti na několika úrovních. Byl vytvořen vlastní dotazník, který z hlediska statistiky splňuje parametry diagnostické... Psychological aspects of job satisfaction by police officers The aim of the thesis is to analyze the sources of job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction among members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The topic of job satisfaction is an important issue that every company should pay attention to in a long-term perspective, not only in order to recruit quality employees, but also retain them, take care of them properly and prevent voluntary resignations. The Police of the Czech Republic with over 40,000 members is no exception. The thesis focuses on psychological aspects of satisfaction with the police duty. It explains the broader framework of job satisfaction in the context of human resources management with an emphasis on stabilization in the organization, specifics of the police environment and particular sources of stress, and presents findings from previous research performed in the Czech Republic and abroad. Results of our thesis research were obtained using triangulation method based on data from our own questionnaire, semi-structured interviews with managing police officers and analysis of personnel statistics provided regularly by the Human Resource Department of the Police Presidium.
