Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby polyfunkčního objektu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Polyfunkční objekt je umístěn v Jihomoravském kraji v okrajové části města Rosice. Jedná se o pětipodlažní samostatně stojící polyfunkční objekt v mírně svažitém terénu, s jedním podzemním podlažím a čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Podzemní podlaží slouží z větší části, jako hromadná garáž a dále pro technické zázemí objektu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází posilovna a showroom. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází kancelářské prostory s potřebným zázemím. Zbývající čtvrté nadzemní podlaží slouží pro bydlení, jsou zde navrženy čtyři bytové jednotky, s úložnými prostory pro každý byt. Budova je navržena jako kombinovaným konstrukčním systémem, přičemž obvodové svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyzděny z keramických dutinových bloků. Obvodové nosné stěny v podzemním podlaží jsou ze ztraceného bednění. Svislé nosné konstrukce uvnitř objektu jsou tvořeny převážně železobetonovými monolitickými sloupy. Stropní konstrukce a podélné průvlaky jsou také monolitické železobetonové. Obvodové zdivo je zatepleno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Objekt je založený na železobetonových monolitických základových pasech. Zastřešení je tvořeno plochou jednoplášťovou vegetační střechou. The subject of the diploma thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building with almost zero energy consumption. The multifunctional building is located in the South Moravian Region on the outskirts of Rosice. It is a five-storey detached multifunctional building in a slightly sloping terrain, with one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor serves for the most part as a collective garage and also for the technical background of the building. There is a gym and showroom on the first floor. On the second and third floors there are office spaces with the necessary facilities. The remaining fourth floors are used for living, there are designed four residential units, with storage space for each apartment. The building is designed as a combined construction system, while the perimeter vertical load-bearing structures are lined with ceramic hollow blocks. The perimeter load-bearing walls in the basement are made of lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures inside the building consist mainly of reinforced concrete monolithic columns. The ceiling structures and longitudinal girders are also monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter masonry is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The building is based on reinforced concrete monolithic foundation strips. The roof consists of a flat single-skin vegetation roof.
