Diplomová práce "Volný pohyb zboží a začleňování České republiky" pojednává o problematice volného pohybu zboží v rámci vnitřního trhu EU a sleduje vývoj začleňování ČR do této významné oblasti vnitřního trhu v průběhu její integrace do struktur EU. Diplomová práce mapuje období 1989 - 2006 a má za cíl zhodnotit, zda byl tento proces od počátku do vstupu ČR do EU kontinuální, či zda se v průběhu nebo po vstupu vztah ČR a EU v této oblasti výrazně kvalitativně měnil. Diplomová práce také hodnotí, zda se v průběhu začleňování vyskytly nějaké závažné problémy a zkoumá, jaké byly jejich příčiny. Diplomová práce rozkládá problém volného pohybu zboží a začleňování ČR na několik dílčích problémů, z nichž nejvýznamnější jsou: obchodní toky se zbožím mezi ČR a státy EU (teritoriální a komoditní struktura..), technické aspekty (technická harmonizace, standardy a normy, sbližování práva), ekonomické souvislosti (vývoj HDP, platební bilance, atd.). Diploma thesis "Free movement of goods and integration of the Czech republic" deals with the matter of free movement of goods in the European internal market and studies the development of the Czech integration in this area during her association with the EU. The diploma thesis monitors the period 1989-2006 and aims to evaluate whether the process was continual during the period or if it changed. The diploma thesis also evaluates if there were some significant problems during the process of the integration and searches for their reasons. Diploma thesis decomposes the problem into several partial problems, of which the most important are: goods flows between Czech Republic and the EU (mostly territorial and commodity structure..), technical aspects (technical harmonization, standards and norms, law convergence), economic context (GDP, balance of payments, etc.).
