Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá novodobou historií pražské městské části Dolní Počernice. Konkrétně je zaměřená na poslední měsíce druhé světové války. Cílem je shrnout a popsat vybrané období a všechny důležité události, které mu předcházely. V práci je velmi okrajově zahrnuto i dění v sousedních obcích. Je zde popsána například také odbojová činnost v Dolních Počernicích v průběhu druhé světové války a její významné osobnosti nebo zde nalezneme informace o náletech probíhajících na konci války v Protektorátu, či podrobný popis posledních válečných dnů. Ke splnění cíle byla využita kompilativní metoda z archivních materiálů a odborné literatury nebo také pomohly k napsání práce osobní poznatky z rozhovorů s některými pamětníky této doby. Práce byla napsaná také za účelem praktického využití v dolnopočernických vzdělávacích institucích např. během hodin občanské výchovy nebo dějepisu. Klíčová slova: Druhá světová válka, historie, odboj, Dolní Počernice This bachelor thesis deals with the modern history of the Prague district of Dolní Počernice. Specifically, it focuses on the last months of World War II. The goal is to summarize and describe the selected historical period and all important events that preceded it. The work also very marginally includes events in neighboring municipalities. It also describes, for example, activities of resistance in Dolní Počernice during the Second World War and its important figures or we can find information about air raids taking place at the end of the war in the Protectorate, or a detailed description of the last days of the war. A comparative method of archive materials and literature was used to achieve the goal. And I also used a personal experience from talking to witnesses of this era helped to write the thesis. The work was also written for the purpose of practical use in local educational institutions, for example during civics or history classes.
