Problematika lidského kapitálu je v současné době zásadní pro existenci mnoha firem. Proměny ve světě, zejména ty související s pandemií covid-19, zásadně změnily filozofii a strategie firem v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Nároky vyplývající z konceptu Průmyslu 4.0 formují firemní procesy a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Manažeři musí reagovat na změny, přizpůsobit se požadavkům na rozvoj informačních a komunikačních technologií, digitalizaci a robotizaci, vč. nástupu umělé inteligence. Cílem rigorózní práce je identifikovat a charakterizovat firemní procesy, které ovlivňují strategické řízení organizace a jeho efektivitu v kontextu dalšího profesního vzdělávání. Strategické řízení lidských zdrojů představuje specifický přístup k vytváření a uskutečňování strategií lidských zdrojů, které jsou integrovány se strategií organizace a podporují dosahování strategických cílů organizace. Práce se dále zaměří na analýzu vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků na základě kompetenčního přístupu. Tento model je v současné době považován za dynamický a progresivní. Mezi klíčová teoretická východiska patří lidský kapitál a další profesní vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků. Lze vyjít z premisy, že pouze motivovaní pracovníci, kteří disponují potřebnými profesními kompetencemi, přispějí k naplňování vize a mise organizace a... The issue of human capital is currently crucial for the existence of many companies. Changes in the world, especially those related to the covid-19 pandemic, have fundamentally changed the philosophy and strategies of companies in the field of human resources management. The demands arising from the Industry 4.0 concept shape company processes and employee training. Managers must respond to change, adapt to the requirements for the development of information and communication technologies, digitization and robotics, incl. the onset of artificial intelligence. The aim of the rigorous thesis is to identify and characterize corporate processes that affect the strategic management of the organization and their effectiveness in the context of continuing professional education. Strategic human resource management is a specific approach to creating and implementing human resource strategies that are integrated with the organization's strategy and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. The thesis will also focus on the analysis of training and development of employees based on a competency approach. This model is currently considered dynamic and progressive.
