Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá příchodem žen do kanceláře Univerzity Karlovy během prvních let samostatného Československa. Na základě komparace dobových publikací, sekundární literatury a následně pak analýzy archivních pramenů Univerzity Karlovy je cílem bakalářské práce zmapovat, kdy a za jakých okolností došlo k nástupu žen do kanceláře Univerzity Karlovy. Analýzou osobních složek úřednic dochází tato práce k závěru, že první ženy nastupují na Karlo-Ferdinandovu univerzitu již na sklonku Rakousko-Uherského mocnářství. Práce popisuje, na jakých pozicích úřednice pracovaly, jaký byl jejich pracovní život a jaká byla možnost kariéry. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První z nich se zaměřuje na společenské změny v postavení žen v průběhu 19. století a na začátku 20. století, druhá kapitola se zabývá kanceláří Karlo-Ferdinandovy a následně pak Karlovy univerzity a samotným příchodem prvních žen na pozice úřednic, třetí kapitola se samostatně věnuje úřednici Zdeňce Čacké. This bachelor thesis deals with the arrival of women in the office of the Charles University during the first years of independant Czechoslovakia. Based on a comparison of period publications, secondary literature, and subsequent analysis of the archival sources of the Charles University, the aim is to map when and under what circumstances women entered the Charles University office. An analysis of the personal files of clerks leads this work to the conclusion that the first women enroll at Charles-Ferdinand University at the end of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The thesis describes the positions in which officials worked, what their working life was like, and what their career opportunities were. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first of them focus on social changes in the status of women during the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century, the second chapter deals with the office of the Charles-Ferdinand and then the Charles University and the arrival of the first women as officials, the third chapter is devoted exclusively to officials of Zdeňka Čacká.
