Práce se zaměřuje na postoje školních speciálních pedagogů avedení škol ve vztahu k inkluzivnímu (společnému) vzdělávání na poli základních škol v České republice. Záměrem práce bylo analyzovat dosavadní výzkumná šetření vztahující se k tématu z pohledu vybraných respondentů a dále popsat, jak respondenti vnímají aktuální úroveň nastavených podmínek pro implementaci inkluzivního vzdělávání po legislativních změnách v roce 2016. Kvalitativní část výzkumu byla realizována na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a rozhovorů v rámci focus groups a týkala se oblasti spolupráce jednotlivých aktérů vzdělávání v podmínkách školy, vnímání nastaveného systému podpůrných opatření a podmínek pro inkluzivní vzdělávání v jejich škole i podmínek nastavených systémem. Byla analyzována problematika kvality školy jako takové, dále pak dopady inkluzivních legislativních změn po roce 2016 i vlastní definice a postoje k inkluzivnímu vzdělávání. Na základě výstupů z kvalitativní části byla realizována část kvantitativní, které se zúčastnilo 1029 respondentů ze škol celé České republiky, resp. 992 respondentů s validně vyplněnými daty. Respondenti si inkluzivní vzdělávání definují dost nejednotně, což má vliv na jejich postoje. Z výsledků vyplývá, že čím je skupina dětí/žáků/studentů, ke kterým je vztaženo inkluzivní vzdělávání,... This thesis is focussing on the special educators' and school directors' attitudes towards the inclusive education in primary schools in the CR. The purpose of the report is to analyse existing research and investigations concerning the topic from the respondents' perspective and to reflect their opinions on the current conditions for inclusive education implementation mainly after the 2016 legislative changes. The qualitative part of the research was based on semi-structured interviews and focus groups. This part is focused on the co-operation of different participants involved in the educational system in a school environment, how the respondents perceive the system of adjunctive arrangement and other settings for inclusive education in their schools as well as the impact of the rules set centrally by the system. The research also reflects the quality of the school, the impact of the legislative changes, how participants understand inclusive education concept and what are their attitudes towards inclusive education. The quantitative part was based on the data from the quantitative research. There were 1029 respondents from schools all over the CR.
