Tato práce kriticky reflektuje tři různé přístupy k interpretaci zombie filmů George A. Romera. Zároveň tyto filmy nově interpretuje. K tomuto cíli využívá metod žánrové teorie a nástrojů postanalytické filosofie. Kritická reflexe dosavadních přístupů poskytuje náhled na problematičnost uchopení monstra při interpretaci a jeho nejednoznačnou pozici v narativu skrze vzájemnou výlučnost těchto interpretací. Má vlastní interpretace si klade za cíl především poukázat na limity chápání Romerových filmů jako sociální subverze. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) This thesis provides a critical reflection to three different approaches to interpretation of zombie films by George A. Romero. Concurrently new interpretation is included. It is based on methodology through genre theory and uses instruments of postanalytical philosophical tradition. Critical reflection of existing approaches provides a view on problems of interpretation of the monster and its ambiguous position within narrative thanks to mutual exclusiveness of these interpretations.
