Anotace: Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání motivačních faktorů odsouzených mužů umístěných ve výkonu trestu, které vedou ke změně jejich disociálního životního stylu. Teoretická část obecně popisuje principy fungování procesu motivace. Představuje výkon trestu odnětí svobody a jeho sociální specifika. Popisuje odborné zacházení s odsouzenými, vysvětluje diferenciaci odsouzených. Popisuje neformální vztahy mezi odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu a vliv na jejich další život. Empirická část se metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zaměřuje na motivační faktory, vedoucí odsouzené ke změně disociálního způsobu života. Zkoumá, zda vůbec chtějí svůj způsob života změnit. V této souvislosti zkoumá význam odborného zacházení a roli rodiny jako jednoho z motivačních faktorů. K hlavním výsledkům výzkumu patří, že jedním z nejdůležitějších motivačních faktorů z pohledu participantů je prostředí věznice, do kterého by se již nechtěli vrátit. Významnou roli v přehodnocení dosavadního života hraje odborné zacházení ve výkonu trestu a přístup odborných zaměstnanců. Podpora a narovnání narušených rodinných vztahů je dalším motivačním prvkem, který přispívá k tomu, že většina participantů chce svůj způsob života změnit. The diploma thesis is focused on research of motivational factors for convicted men in execution of the sentence that leads to change of their dissocial lifestyle. Theoretical part describes in general how motivation processes work. It presents the execution of sentence and its social specifics. It describes the professional treatment of convicted persons and explains the differentiation of convicted persons. Further it describes informal relations between the convicted and their influence on their subsequent life. Empiric part uses semi-structured conversation focused on motivational factors leading the convicted persons to change their dissocial lifestyle. It examines whether they even want to change their way of life. In this context it examines the importance of professional treatment and the function of family as one of the motivating factors.
