[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá pozicí menších obcí středočeského regionu v procesu čerpání strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Autorka shrnuje předchozí zkušenostmi s čerpáním dotací a popisuje změny v procesu čerpání včleněné do současného programového období. Seznamuje čtenáře se středočeským regionem a jeho charakteristikami a s regionálním operačním programem pro tento region. Práce je ale zejména zaměřena na zhodnocení schopnosti menších obcí se do procesu čerpání zapojovat., proto obsahuje empirickou část věnující se výzkumu, kde předkládá a hodnotí data získaná z dotazníků. Cílem práce je porovnání současné pozice menších obcí v procesu čerpání dotací s touto pozicí v předchozím programovém období.This paper is engaged in a position of smaller municipalities of Central Bohemia region in a process of drawing of structural funds of EU. The author sums up the previous experiences with drawing of financial support and she describes changes in the process incorporated in the present programme period. She acquaints readers with the Central Bohemia region and its characteristics and with regional operating programme for this region. However, the text is focused especially on evaluating of ability of smaller municipalities to join in the process. And that's why it contains an empirical part dedicated to research, where she submits and evaluates the dates obtained from questionnaires. The aim of this text is a comparison of the present position of smaller municipalities in the process of drawing financial support with this position in the previous programme period.
