Název: Rozvoj flexibility a kompenzace na různé výkonnostní úrovni moderní gymnastiky v České republice Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou prováděna cvičení na rozvoj flexibility. Dále zda jsou dívky vedeny ke správnému rozcvičování a kompenzaci v rámci tréninku i mimo něj. Informace jsou zjišťovány pomocí rozhovorů s trenérkami různých úrovní moderní gymnastiky. Další cílem je tréninky na rozvoj flexibility porovnat v rámci úrovně i mezi úrovněmi a zjistit rozdíly. Metody: Informace byly získány z rozhovorů s trenérkami moderní gymnastiky v ČR. Ty byly následně analyzovány. Některé otázky byly vyhodnoceny pomocí statistických metod kvantitativního výzkumu. Výsledky: Z pěti hypotéz byly tři potvrzeny a dvě nepotvrzeny. Největší rozdíly byly zjištěny mezi volným programem a dalšíma dvěma programy. Hlavní rozdíl se týkal délky tréninkových jednotek a od toho se odvíjely i další odlišné odpovědi. V některých otázkách panovala shoda všech nebo většiny trenérek, bez ohledu na úroveň, na které působí. The other aim is to find out how the girls are led to correct warm-up and compensation during the training and at home. Interviews with trainers of various levels of rhythmic gymnastics were used to gather information. Furthermore, the thesis compares training routines for the flexibility development between different levels of rhythmic gymnastics programs. Methods: Information was obtained from interviews with trainers of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic. These were then analyzed. Some questions were evaluated using statistical methods of quantitative research. Results: Three out of five hypotheses were confirmed, remaining two were not confirmed. The biggest differences were found between the free program and the other two programs. The main difference concerned the length of the training units and other different answers arose from this.
