Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. První část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky, které jsou spjaté s problematikou práce a slouží jako podklad pro analytickou část. Obsahuje řízení lidských zdrojů, pojmy spojené s fluktuací a procesy se zaměstnanci. V analytické části jsou tyto poznatky využity jako podklad k analyzování a vyhodnocení současné situace ve společnosti. Poslední část práce obsahuje návrhovou část, kde jsou navržena řešení, která by snížila fluktuaci ve společnosti. The bachelor thesis is focused on the causes of employee turnover in selected company. The first part deals with theoretical findings, which s related to the issue of work and serves as a basis for the analytical part. It includes human resource management, concepts associated with employee turnover and processes with employees. In the analytical part, these findings are used as a basis for analyzing and evaluating the current situation in society. The last part of the work contains suggestions, where solutions are porposed that would reduce turnover in society.
