Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hľadaním optimalizácie pre aktuálny systém odmeňovania zamestnancov v danej spoločnosti. Prvá časť práce je sústredená na spracovanie teoretických poznatkov z oblasti odmeňovania a hodnotenia zamestnancov a slúži ako podklad pre ostatné časti tejto práce. Druhá časť je zameraná na analýzu súčasného stavu odmeňovania zamestnancov v spoločnosti. Na základe vykonanej analýzy sa záverečná časť práce zaoberá navrhnutím optimálnych zmien, ktoré majú za cieľ pozitívne ovplyvniť budúcnosť odmeňovania vo vybranej spoločnosti. This bachelor thesis is concerned with a search for optimalisation of the current employee remuneration system in chosen company. The first part of the thesis focuses on describing a theoretical introduction of the topic remuneration system and evaluation of employees, and is also used as a basis for consequent parts of the thesis. Second part concentrates on the analysis of the current situation in the company. Based on the analysis the last part deals with suggestions for optimal changes, which are meant to positively affect the future of remuneration in the chosen company.
