V bakalárskej práci sa pojednáva o problematike vzdelávania zamestnancov v oblasti cestovného ruchu. Vďaka dotazníkovému preskúmaniu dokáže práca analyzovať súčasný stav vzdelávania v skúmanej oblasti. V práci je použité dotazníkové šetrenie a vytvorená SWOT analýza. Na základe dotazníka a analýzy sú zhotovené v analytickej časti návrhy a ekonomické zhodnotenie, ktoré vedú k skvalitneniu služieb v cestovnom ruchu The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employees education in the field of tourism. Thanks to the questionnaire review, this bachelor thesis is able to analyze the current state of education in the researched area. In my work I used a questionnaire survey and created a SWOT analysis. In the analytical part based on the analysis I made proposals and economic evaluation, which lead to the improvement of services in tourism.
