Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu v Letohradě, městě situovaném v Pardubickém kraji v okrese Ústí nad Orlicí. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V objektu se nachází 8 bytových jednotek různých velikostí. Třetí nadzemní podlaží tvoří spolu se čtvrtým nadzemním podlažím mezonetové byty, každý mezonetový byt má ve čtvrtém patře pochozí terasu s krásným výhledem na město Letohrad. Konstrukční nosný systém je zděný z keramických tvárnic s keramickými stropy, konstrukce schodiště je železobetonová monolitická a je spřaženo se stropy. Objekt disponuje výtahem. The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Letohrad, a city located in the Pardubice region, district Ústí nad Orlicí. The object consists of four above ground floors and one underground floor. The building is designed with a total of 8 residental units of different size. The third above ground floor forms with the fourth above ground maisonettes, each of the maisonettes has in the fourth above ground floor walking terrace with beautiful view of the city of Letohrad. The building has brick supporting system of clay blocks with clay ceiling, stair construction is reinforced concrete monolythic and is coupled with ceiling. The building has an elevator.
