Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním a dispozičním řešením novostavby bytového domu v Uherském Hradišti. Parcela pro umístění stavby se nachází v západní části města, v ulici Zahrádky. Objekt je navržen jako třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází 7 samostatných bytových jednotek. Součástí každého bytu v přízemí je vlastní oplocená předzahrádka s terasou a pergolou. V podzemním podlaží má každá bytová jednotka svou sklepní kóji. Objekt bude vyzděn z keramických cihelných bloků. Střecha provedena jako jednoplášťová plochá. Stropy a nosné stěny podsklepené části ze železobetonu. Založení objektu na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Konstrukce z vnější strany opatřeny fasádními tepelně izolačními deskami. The bachelor thesis deals with the structural and material design of a new apartment building in Uherské Hradiště. The plot for the location of the building is located in the western part of the city, in Zahrádky Street. The building is designed as a three-storey, partly basement. There are 7 separate dwelling units on the abovegrounds. Each apartment on the ground floor has its own fenced front garden with terrace and pergola. In the basement, each apartment has its own cellar cell. The building will be lined with clay brick blocks. The roof is made as a single-skin flat. Ceilings and load-bearing walls of the basement part made of reinforced concrete. Foundation of the building on foundation strips made of plain concrete. The structures are equipped with facade thermal insulation boards on the outside.
