Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci moderních technologií v oblasti vývoje lyžařských helem. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše z oblasti ochranného vybavení pro lyžaře včetně charakteristiky výrobních technologií používaných při jejich výrobě. Součástí práce je také charakteristika technologií reverzního inženýrství a aditivní technologie Rapid Prototyping. V praktické části je řešen návrh tvaru lyžařské helmy za použití modelářské hlíny s následným převodem do počítačového modelu a úprava v dostupném CAx programu. Součástí praktické části je také řešení výroby na 3D tiskárně. Práce je zakončena technicko-ekonomickým zhodnocením aplikovaných moderních technologií použitých pro výrobu prototypového modelu helmy. The diploma thesis is focused on the application of modern technologies in ski helmets development. In the theoretical part is performed the research of the protective gear for skiers including the characteristics of production technologies used for its production. Part of the thesis is also the characteristics of Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping. The practical part deals with the design of the ski helmet using modeling clay with the following conversion to a computer model and editing in available CAx program. Part of the practical part is also production on 3D printer. The thesis is concluded with a technical-economic evaluation of applicated modern technologies used for prototype helmet model production.
