Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem logistické koncepce v podniku CHEMCOMEX, a.s. s možností její implementace. Jsou zde popsány teorie týkající se logistiky. Dále jsou rozebrány teoretické postupy důležité pro analýzu současného stavu. V analytické části je zkoumán proces získání zakázky a obchodní přípravy. Dále v analýze pokračuji přes proces nakupování, přejímku až ke skladování, výrobu a expedici. Cílem diplomové práce je najít slabá místa v logistické koncepci a navrhnout řešení, která přispějí ke zvýšení hodnoty podniku. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a logistics concept in the company CHEMCOMEX, a.s. with the possibility of its implementation. The diploma thesis describes the theory of logistics. Furthermore, theoretical procedures important for the analysis of the current state are discussed. The analytical part examines the process of obtaining an order and business preparation, then I continue the analysis through the process of purchasing, acceptance to storage, production and shipping. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find weak points in the logistics concept and to propose solutions that will contribute to increasing the value of the company.
