Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá soukromoprávními a veřejnoprávními aspekty, které jsou specifické pro podomní prodej. Jejím hlavním cílem je komplexní analýza těchto aspektů, přičemž velký důraz je kladen na problematiku ochrany spotřebitele. Práce dále zkoumá nedostatky právní úpravy de lege lata v teoretické rovině i v aplikační praxi a tyto nedostatky konfrontuje s návrhy de lege ferenda. The diploma thesis deals with private and public law aspects which are specific of doorstep selling. The main goal of the thesis is a complex analysis of these aspects, with emphasis put on the issue of consumer protection. The thesis further examines drawbacks of the Czech legislation de lege lata on the theoretical level as well as in applicational practice and confronts these drawbacks with de lege ferenda proposals.
