Jindřiška Hálková Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Vliv aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému na stabilizaci lopatky a centraci ramene u pacientů se syndromem bolestivého ramene. Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému na stabilizaci lopatky a centraci ramene u pacientů se syndromem bolestivého ramene. Za tímto účelem byli vybráni tři probandi se syndromem bolestivého ramene různé etiologie. Věk probandů byl mezi 23 a 78 lety. Každý proband absolvoval deset terapeutických jednotek v období 3 měsíců. Cílem bylo zjistit korelaci mezi bolestivostí ramenního kloubu, stabilizační funkcí lopatky, centrací ramenního kloubu a zapojováním hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Za účelem dosažení tohoto cíle byly vybrány metody Dynamická neuromuskulární stabilizace (DNS), Akrální koaktivační terapie (ACT) a Koordinačně- zátěžová kinezioterapie. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie ramenního pletence, hluboký stabilizační systém, vybrané diagnózy probandů a metody použité v této práci. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje tři kazuistiky probandů se syndromem bolestivého ramene. Výsledky práce byly vyhodnoceny na základě porovnání vstupního a výstupního... For purposes of this work three subjects with shoulder pain syndrome of different etiologies were selected. Age of those subjects is between 23 and 78 years. During 3 months time every subject undertook ten therapeutical interventions. Goal of this thesis was to find out if there is a correlation amid shoulder pain, stability of the scapula, shoulder centration and activity of the deep stabilizing system of spine.
