Východiska: I p es mírný pokles prevalence užívání návykových látek u dospívajících v posledních letech je z ejmé, že jsou stále zapot ebí ú inné, dostupné a dob e zacílené preventivní intervence. Za ohrožen jší m žeme považovat ty d ti, jejichž rodi e mají k návykovým látkám pozitivní vztah a užívají je. A koliv kvalita a dostupnost program všeobecné školské primární prevence rizikového chování roste, jejich efektivita bývá málokdy systematicky ov ována, a navíc není z ejmé, jaký vliv mají na subpopulaci d tí rodi užívajících návykové látky. Preventivní intervence Unplugged byla dopln na lekcemi nPrevence s cílem podpo it její výzkumn prokázaný efekt. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo ov it efektivitu kombinace program Unplugged a nPrevence v horizontu 24 m síc , resp. programu Unplugged v horizontu 36 m síc od doru ení na rizikové chování d tí v porovnání s kontrolní skupinou v závislosti na zkušenostech rodi s užíváním návykových látek. Díl ím cílem bylo otestovat spolehlivost anonymního kódu generovaného ú astníky a procesu párování dotazník d tí v jednotlivých vlnách sb ru dat a s dotazníky rodi . Metody: Jedná se o randomizovanou kontrolovanou t íramennou prospektivní studii sledující efekt primární prevence realizované v šestých (Unplugged) a sedmých (nPrevence) t ídách základních škol... Background: Despite a slight decline in the prevalence of substance use among adolescents in last years, there is a constant need for effective, available and well-targeted preventive interventions. Children of parents with substance use experiences are considered to be more endangered. Although the quality and availability of universal prevention programs has improved, their effectiveness is not usually systematically verified, moreover, the impact on children of parents with substance use experiences is unknown. The Unplugged preventive intervention was supplemented by nPrevention booster sessions in order to support its research-proven preventive impact. Aims: The main objective was to evaluate the effect of Unplugged and nPrevention programs combination (Un+nP) after 24 months in comparison with Unplugged program (Un) alone and control in respect of the substance use experience in parents. The secondary objective was to test the reliability of anonymous self-generated identification code (SGIC) and the process of matching children's questionnaires between waves of data collection and with parents' questionnaires.
