Plán rieši výstavbu novej stanice Bratislava – Filiálka na mieste súčasného brownfieldu – dnes nevyužívanej nákladnej stanice, ako súčasť komplexného riešenia hromadnej dopravy v meste. Projekt však nepracuje so stanicou len ako s utilitárnym dopravný problémom, ale ponúka komplexnú víziu premeny celej lokality na nové subcentrum Bratislavy formou vybudovania nových kancelárskych a bytových priestorov netradičnou formou výstavby v priestore nad koľajiskom. Zámerom projektu je spraviť zo stanice integrálnu súčasť urbánnej štruktúry mesta a byť katalyzátorom života v ňom. Projekt má ambíciu maximálne využiť potenciál lokality a ponúknuť víziu súčinnosti súkromného a verejného sektora. The design deals with the construction of the new railway station in Bratislava- Filialka situated at the current browfied, presently not used freight depot, as a part of a complex conception of a public transport in Bratislava. Nevertheless, the project does not just design the railway station as a utilitarian traffic issue but it offers a complex vision of the transformation of the whole location into a new sub-centre of Bratislava by means of constructing new offices and dwellings untraditionally built above the rails. The goal of the project is to transform the station into an integral part of the Bratislava urban structure and trigger off social life in it. The ambition of the design is to maximally exploit the potentials of the location and offer the vision of a coexistence between the private and public sectors.
